What is cat socialisation? It refers to all the things a cat has experienced in its life and the lessons it has learned from them!
The perfect pet cat should have the state:
1\ Not afraid of people at home, not overly nervous.
2\ Be able to get along with people easily, without biting or arresting people.
3\ Getting used to living together with human beings
4\ Be able to master certain playing skills.
5\ Get used to human cleaning and nursing.
In the kitten stage of a pet cat, the earliest stage is to imitate the behaviour of the mother cat, such as eating independently, learning to use the litter tray, patrolling the territory, etc. At this stage, the kitten needs to stay with the mother cat, imitate and learn her behaviour, and the human tries not to interfere, which is why it is not necessary to take the pet cat home too early (the kitten before 3 months).
After people take their kittens home, they can experience many human behaviours with them in their infancy, such as getting used to grooming, brushing their teeth and cutting their nails.
More social behaviours include: responding to the owner’s call, taking the cat out, getting used to the sound of household appliances, getting used to human schedules and so on.
The more human-like the social behaviour, the more it is necessary to accustom cats during infancy.
